    Thanks for the great video ,mine stuffed up a few weeks ago at 4 years old. Was thinking myself its either the trigger switch or some overload sensor. Lucky for me i found your video and it was the sensor ,now deleted works perfect. Simple 10 minute repair a big thanks from Australia...

    I dont know if I am making this more confusing. But, do you need to have one of the tires perfectly staright to find center when adjusting the toe? In my thinking, if one side is not toed in 1/16, how do you know which side to toe in, or does it matter if they are not evenly toed in on both sides, as long as they are toed in 1/8 of an inch? I hope this makes sense, because I'm a little confused since no one talks about this in any vieos.

    • @DadsToyBox
      @DadsToyBox หลายเดือนก่อน

      Your question makes sense. I am no expert, I’m just a guy doing this stuff himself just like you. However, make sure your camber is set properly first using the square. That’s what needs to be straight. Then take your measurements for the toe. The way I understand it is it doesn’t matter as much as you are thinking. Just make sure approximately the same amount of threads are showing on each side. That will correct your concerns of whether or not one is set in more than the other.

  • @Misslastate2001

    This worked for me for about 24-48 hours the first time. So what worked for me was running it for 12 hours, then switching the polarity running for 12 hours etc. It will go to sleep on its own but when it comes back on without switching the polarity it throws the low salt. Unfortunately I’ve gone through 1 or more of these a year. We’ve pulled all kinds of tricks but without fail you are lucky if this system will get you through an entire season. The 26669 eg has been the best intex chlorinator we’ve had of all the ones up to 15,000 gallons

  • @Misslastate2001
    @Misslastate2001 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I’ve owned 6 of these. This one has lasted the longest at about 15 months. But it’s working on self clean mode with 14 hours then suddenly puts itself to sleep and says low salt. Others we’ve had to open up and bypass the wiring to the low salt. How long is then warranty good?

    • @DadsToyBox
      @DadsToyBox หลายเดือนก่อน

      The warranty is only 1 year. Mine was just under 12 months so I made the cutoff. You can also buy the titanium electrode instead of buying a whole new system.

    How's this system holding up. Any signs of weather-related wear and tear? (IE, cracking of filter housings). I read a lot about these systems and they seem to be a solid and cost-effective filter solution. Would you agree?

    • @DadsToyBox
      @DadsToyBox 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’ve had it over a year now. The area gets some sun but it’s doing okay. The only sun damage I’ve seen is a little bit of fading on the two housings on the outside. I believe the valves I used will crack before the filter housings. I do get a lot of algae in the pre-filter. I have to clean this out every week or so. Same with the filters I need to replace them about every 2 to 3 months for my water quality. It may be different where you live but something to think about as far as cost is concerned .

From everything I've read and talking to the manufacturer, the shocks are not necessary with the heavy duty leaf springs. Mine are in bad shape so I'm considering not reinstalling them. Can you give me some feedback on how yours has handled with both installed? Is it worth the costs to order new springs with the heavy duty leaf springs? Thanks for the video man. Very helpful!

      Yes. That is definitely a symptom of a bad MCOR

      @@Farmerboy5 if the batteries are good, it’s the speed sensor, MCOR, or the motor. The MCOR and speed sensor are both much cheaper to replace.

      @@DadsToyBox I replaced two batteries, now they all read 8 volts except for one which reads 5.9 so I would assume it has enough power to go, I know not full power but shouldn’t be hesitating, I took it off this morning and am ordering mcor as to hopefully save 200 to replace that last battery

      @Farmerboy5 let me know how it works out. Hopefully the MCOR fixes the problem.

      You have to put the old steering wheel back on to play golf. It takes 5 minutes. Lol

    Is this for the gas or electric? My gas one has no pedal response for the first quarter throttle. The goes full power when it comes on. Try to cruise slow and it cuts off then bucks to try to go full throttle. Good gas. Good battery. Can not find the rpm limiter to bypass.

      This is for an electric golf cart. I’m not familiar with the gas cart and it would be tough to diagnose it without it in front of me.

      @@DadsToyBox thank you for the reply. Couldn’t tell in your vid if it was electric or gas. Gas has a similar pedal I believe.

      @HammerWrench yes. There should be something that sends power to the motor. Very similar to an electric cart.
