The Middle East is actually leading the pack by investing in the car manufacturers themselves...

At La Mer they started charging ridiculous parking fees if I remember correctly and this obviously put off footfall. Add the poor connectivity of the public transport to the coast. As for City Walk: I've been there half a dozen times and from 2019 - 2022 and it's filled with sub standard vendors. We'd literally walk up and down disappointed with so many average dining options and just settle for PF Chang which is available everywhere for a lack of better options. As for J1 or the new La Mer choosing 13 highly pretentious beach clubs?! Just what this City doesn't need any more of... Cringe crypto bro's, escorts and Instaho "influencers"
If they incentivise birth rates with cash payouts?
By the year 2050, almost all ships will be powered by either green methanol or nuclear power
First what you should do with city walk is to fix the parking !
This is a good achievement & the state is very fast at catching the world speed, thus is very unique but keep your sleeping schedule intact...🌹
20% is too much.
most feel like La Mer is for emirati's plus most people don't go that far up

UAE will be the crypto hub soon because of Tether
nc. dirham tether could really enhance stability in digital finance and offer much-needed diversification. by putting aed on the blockchain, they're creating many opportunities, such as better liquidity and flexibility. i’m interested to see how exchanges and asset managers will make the most of this.

This will give residents of UAE more freedom to use Dirham to buy crypto for sure!

Interesting move by Tether! 🚀💰
Bullish 📈
Tokenizing AED could unlock so many benefits. Can’t wait to see what their next venture brings. The future of finance is looking bright...
Thank you!
Dubai lack public beaches, The government should think of having a lot more public areas and beaches. Not everything needs to be a shopping mall. A. typical seaside city in Europe will have a beach promenade long tens of kilometers

That is disgustingly obscene while there are so many people who don't know where their next meal comes from. You show off about how it will help the economy. Huh! Heard that before. Not much will go to the economy. It will only go into already fat pockets.
