this isnt the right way to see whale sharks or animals in general for that matter, they belong in the wild not in cages
nice video. thanks for sharing. just a bit of tip for the mask: it should not be tight. if you adjust it just right it will never leak
Was never easy getting a mask to fit me right, my face was just too big for most of the masks. Glad we don’t have to wear them anymore.
Do you know the weight limit for the zip line? Is there a weight scale that they use to make sure you dont go over the limit?
If I remember right, it’s either 105 or 110kg. Yes there is a scale and they will check.
@ascotlivingabroad1852 thank you for the reply. Your video was the only one I found that mentioned a weight limit. It's good to know. Thanks again.
No problem, have a great time if you end up going.
As an Australian its better for me to fly to Osaka. Cheaper. I have so many good memories of Izumisano. Good people, good food. I am too scared to go to Tokyo.
Izumisano is a good area, I miss being there.
stonemasons dream . a scot living in samurai jeans-Osaka.
What an amazing experience! Can I ask you how much for the package?
Was a great experience, I believe it would around 7000 yen but it was a while ago now, could be a little off.
You should do a review of all the best cans from teh konbini, Scottish style, rattle about 20 😆
That’s a video for when my friends are able to visit. Get a load of different Japanese drinks and see how it goes. 20 might be a stretch though 😀
Didn't know you liked trains
Not something I would normally do, glad I did, was interesting and well worth the money.
Pretty awesome place x
It’s an amazing place
Didn’t realise there was so many movies, always thought he was meant to be the protector and help when the baddies come. How much was the zip wire? X
Yeah me either, a lot of them are for the Japanese market though. Can’t remember how much it cost, did cover it in the video.
Just checked and its 2000JPY for the zip-line
@@ascotlivingabroad1852 that’s expensive huh x
That’s about £13, not too bad.
Good to see how much space they have in the enclosures x
Yeah it’s decent sized enclosures, which is always nice.
1. It’s not just for kids. 2. U do realise we will be going there lol. 3. U look like u enjoyed this far more than universal. Sparkly eyes haha x
Well it’s also for big kids.
I wanna go!
I’m sure you do, too of your list.
Looks like guys had a blast. Nice day too. Cool to see you guys enjoying Osaka. Are you guys in Osaka for work or living there permanently? I feel like you could spend your whole life in Japan and still have cool stuff to see or do. Thanks for sharing your experience.
We had a great time, we are here for work. Yeah so many awesome things to do, done so much already but still so much to see.
Wow. Place looks amazing, minion world so much better than Florida’s. You can tell you were enjoying it 😀 x
Yeah was good, hopefully get back soon.
Beautiful Osaka Castle so clean and amazing
Yeah it’s beautiful, still need to go and see it at night with all the lights.
Its look tasty 🍜
It also tastes good 😀 the pork is very nice
That’s pretty cool being up so close to the basking shark. The American village looks cool x
It’s a whale shark but yeah it’s very cool, American Village is a decent place, beautiful area.
I did the same but with scuba. It's an amazing experience. The net cage is huge btw.
How can you not like the fruit bats lol, feel sorry for them not having shade x
I’m sure they are ok, wouldn’t think they would be kept somewhere that wasn’t good for them
Looks a lovely place, was u feeling hot lol x
Yep it was roasting, was still high 30s.
Looks an interesting place to visit x
It sure is, a different side to Okinawa from the usual beach stuff.
That cave is stunning x
Yeah it’s pretty amazing
Nice video. Looks like you guys had a nice relaxing time there. I haven't been to Okinawa since '83 when I was a kid. Did it feel hotter / more humid than southern Osaka? I'd like to go there again and check out some beaches and try some fresh Orion beer. Smart move to go there. Since the lock down is over there's been so many places slammed with long lines but it seems like it was pretty chill there.
I would say it felt a lot hotter and also more humid than South Osaka, great beach weather. We actually went in September, restaurants were still closed at 2000 and no beer, unless from the market. Wow that's almost 40 years you haven't been there, hopefully you manage to get to Okinawa soon.
Have a nice trip
I had a very good trip, awesome place.
how about awesome trip, good place?
Very different from the rest of Japan, can't travel home, this was the next best thing.
Nice video about Okunoshima. My wife loves rabbits. We will surely be visiting that place. Hope you're doing well and will be making more videos!
Glad you enjoyed the video, really nice place to visit. Haven’t done videos for a while due to pandemic. In Okinawa for a week at the moment, will get these posted up soon. Take care.
Liar the pancake was there right at the start of this recording
A liar is a bit harsh, blind or forgetful I would accept.
I would like to try the devil devil, i know i wouldn't finished it but it looks very good
I don’t think I could ever try it. My wife loves spicy food and she struggled a lot. Hats off to anyone who give it a go. The pork that comes with it is the best I have tasted in Japan.
For a second it looked like the monkeys were feeding humans the cages haha
😂😂 yeah I guess it’s their time to laugh at the humans in the cage.
Great vid! Those "bear" things are called Tanuki (raccoon dog) looks like a raccoon but is more related to foxes. Funny thing about KFC I recently found out. I'm American and my wife is from Osaka and we're moving there soon. I asked if we can have turkey for Christmas and she said it should be KFC! It's kind of a tradition based on some clever marketing they did a while back and is now a thing. So, I guess we're having KFC for Christmas! Lol By the way there's a nice place with marbled beef (like Kobe beef) in Kishiwada called 美食倶楽部 一歩 岸和田店 (Gastronomy Club One Step Kishiwada Store) They have this multi-course dinner that builds up to the steak...soo good!! I definitely plan on going there after we settle in.
Good luck with your move to Osaka, yeah KFC is a huge thing at Christmas time. No sit down though, it’s all set menu and take away only, well at my local one it was. Costco is the best if you want to get something more western. Take care
Very interesting! Would you say it's worth it to drive there from southern Osaka? Where there any other places near by that you visited?
If you live in the area, it’s worth it just to do something different. If coming as a tourist then I wouldn’t bother. Wakayama, Sennan beach and Nara are favourite locations for me and my wife to visit around Osaka.
Just subbed too. Do you live in southern Osaka? Keep up the good work! I think southern Osaka and Wakayama have a lot to offer but not enough video content to show for it. That's nice stabilization on your Hero 8 especially for handheld! I have the same camera and want to make videos of these areas too.
Thank you. Yeah I live in Hineno, great place to live. Yeah I need to do some more videos in the area
Such a warm and peaceful video and that sunset is amazing! Last time I've been there was in 2011 when it was only Marble Beach. Will be moving to Sennan in a couple of months and this video makes me look forward to it even more. Thank you! Also, what camera setup are you using?
They finished just as COVID started, love going to the area. Now even in COVID it’s packed with people.
あなたは侍です!
Thanks for watching, take care
素晴らしいです。 良く探しましたね。美しいです。 あなたは侍です!
Yes, you need to put the work in but it’s such a beautiful place.
well even Mark wiens came out of the place all giggly and confused :D
It’s not easy to eat, my wife did pretty well 😀
Pity you wasn’t there earlier, still very pretty though, looks like the deer’s are a pain in the butt lol x
It’s just what we do, go to places too late lol. You like or think they would be a pain in the ass.
@@ascotlivingabroad1852 Lol, I like them but them I would get annoyed if they kept biting me lol x
They will only bite if you have food, no food, they won’t bother you.
I like that version of the GTR 50, and yes, you are right in like the Aria
I thought you would.
Amazing. Just amazing. Beautiful place and what an effort brother. God bless you
Yeah it’s very beautiful, thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it. Take care.
Nice village the people might be in side watching the cricket 😂X x
Maybe, or they just didn’t appreciate me and donna being there.
No whippy ice-cream?
Nope just the type shown.
Looks like you're really struggling with your 3rd plate lol
Yes a lot, was very heavy.
nice video
Thanks for watching.
Shame on u going to a English village lol, think your wife needs to learn the Scottish flag haha, pretty cool they had the sign for our beer, wonder if it’s actually a real one or just made up for there x
You have never been to England? I wonder how your getting to Florida next year. It looks real, they probably picked it up after going on holiday.
@@ascotlivingabroad1852 well obviously I have lol, it be worth some money looks real old x
Probably could pick them up on eBay, good for a man cave
@@ascotlivingabroad1852 maybe x
Looks very run down
It’s a model town basically. Apart from the pub, it isn’t real buildings.
Prefer a small Scottish village.
You have the luxury of being able to go to a Scottish village, I have to accept what’s around me 😀
I think the cooking oil needs changing.
Maybe
Awesome!
Thanks for watching, stay safe.
She did a great job! Much better then most that I've seen, she finished everything but some of the broth! Great job!!!!
Yeah she did well, all the noddles and meat gone. I would have been finished at the first mouth full 😂😂
pinay ?
Yes my wife is from the Philippines.
Yeah I wouldn’t have drove that car in the snow haha, looks a beautiful place though, would like to go to that cemetery x
Either would I have but did not expect that much snow. This is about 90 minutes from us, can visit it when you all come.
@@ascotlivingabroad1852 least there won’t be snow then eh lol x
Not so sure about that anymore, depends when you guys come.
@@ascotlivingabroad1852 yeah that’s true x
Still as of now no one can come to Japan as a tourist. Summer is very hot, not sure if you guys will like it.
