I just purchased this bike yesterday. Thank you for your review!!!!
Great! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Couldn't agree more about AWD.. I see so many people talking up the five star.. yet an AWD bike like this will out perform it on any test. I couldn't imagine going back to rwd bike again.. Nice review! I've got a similar model but with controllers in the boxes. Wish I had this model!
It's a solid one! And you are right, the AWD literally is a game changer. So many times you wont have traction with a rear wheel just because of the lack of surface area/torque. Thanks for watching!
I love everything about this bike had it a week now
Glad to hear it! Its a great bike all around.
@modern.electrik wow those views, great ride and review. What made you decide on this over the E-Cells 5 Star eBike? Pros/Cons
I have yet to try the E-cells but I have seen that it is fantastic. I am probably going to try and see if I can get one of their bikes to test ride and review. The main difference is that the E-cells is rear-wheel only which is ok but not as good imo if you are going uphill offroad. Having AWD is definitely a game changer. The 5star is very powerful though and would be a good one for street or some dirt roads etc. The uphill on rough terrain is where the AWD bikes shine.
@modern.electrik Thanks! They've got AWD and more powerful variants too.....although almost $1k plus more. Build quality and part sourcing though is 2nd to none. Continued YT success!
@@tomasartica For sure, you hit it on the head. Much more $$$ but they do make great bikes. It all depends on what you are looking for and price points. I'll be doing more AWD reviews soon. They are by far my favorite to ride.
@@modern.electrik we can't wait for more!
Ainda vou ter uma bicicleta elétrica dessa , que Deus abençoe vou ter eu creio 🙏🏽🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Solid! great video! subscribing for more!!!!!
Yo thanks man!
Hope you all enjoy the review! This is one of my favorite off road bikes to ride and for good reason. Be sure to leave questions and comments below letting me know what you think!
Thanks for the in-depth review! I'm trying to narrow down between the Lectric XP 3.0 and Ride1Up Portola....but you caught my attention. I'm a bigger guy at 6'5 290 so the weight capacity on the two aforementioned bikes was nearing capacity. Might have just swayed me to this one. Awesome views on your ride!
Thank you! The biggest downside to the Portola is the battery only being 13.4Ah which is pretty insufficient in my opinion. It also does not have any kind of rear suspension or hydraulic seatpost so you will feel bumps a lot more than with the luckeep. Hope that helps!
Thank you for watching! Near the end, I did mention that the standard was 1500 Watts for commuting bikes but that is not the case. I meant to say 500-750 Watts. If you like this bike and want to purchase it, be sure to check out the link in the description for 10% off!
