Sanitizer spray is the best combined with a micro fiber rag.

Can you use the with shin guards? Do they feel uncomftable?
Guys don’t buy them after 5-8 months the shoe sole will solve, I had to adhere it 3 times and I got them 8 months

For me it's not the case and I use it 6-5 times per week and I'm 86kgs
I own them. They have great grip and great ankle protection but not great cushion. Don't protect your knees well. They're still solid for the price. Just like all Adidas products

A better tip for anyone who wants better ankle support on them instead of leaving the shoes tie wrap the show lacrs around the ankle of the shoe just like a boxing glove making the shoe feel better and tighter :) I suffered so you guys can walk happily and pivot better :)
