However, if you guys still did not receive this outfit by the time a weekly update comes, you may have to file a ticket to customer support and show them the proof of heist completion during the heist challenge last month

I did the Heist Challenge every week and even did an extra Cayo Perico heist in the last week but I still don't see my Noose outfit despite having collected my free boat I was also supposed to get. No "Law Enforcement Outfit" tab either. Update: I checked again a few hours after I posted this and I finally got it so it may take time to show up.

In my opinion it should of been a log in reward for everyone as it was a community challenge and it was reached

I don't understand the "without dying" stipulation because I had to restart from deaths like 5 times when I tried to go all stealth-assassin. I finally gave up and went LOUD, but I still got the hat regardless of deaths.

It doesn’t look like it’s 1am as 🤡 spawned inn twice for me between 10pm & 11pm my doppelgänger spawned inn at 4:30am which precise times of 1am till 5am can be more for public lobbies but my 3 slasher encounters were all inn invite only sessions maybe that explains it but inn GTA5 online anything is possible awesome video reliable information thanks for posting your videos!!!
