Greetings ⋆꙳·❅*‧ I'm Anastasia, and in this video of my pagan painting series, I’ll retell the Inuit folktale of the Skeleton Woman. Autumn greetings ˖⁺.🕯️ I'm Anastasia, and this is my first ASMR on this channel. The technique I use here is painting with earth pigments, and I was inspired more than a year ago to try it for the first time when I watched a Jonna Jinton tutorial on making natural pigment paint. Outdoor painting | Plein air in the desert
มุมมอง 101ปีที่แล้ว
Greetings! ⋆˚ I'm Anastasia, and this is another outdoor painting adventure! This time, En plein air in the desert, over a beautiful and quiet crater view. This video was supposed to go up a couple of weeks ago, but life had other plans for us, and horrible times entered the doors of my country. I decided to upload this video as a little form of escapism, as a little pre war time capsule, with ...
Extremely interesting to see😮🫶 If you have more study/project sketchbooks it would be great if you could tour them too!
I’m happy to hear! Thank you for your interest 🌹✨ I actually do plan on showing another sketchbook (“the pretty one”) sometime soon :)
Seeing both your sketchbook and your creative process is so fascinating! You style is so unique as well, filled with so much raw feeling.

Love you lots!❤🌹
Great video as always, always great to see more pagan content on TH-cam! Also I’ve been trying to place your accent but haven’t been able to.
Thank you so much! Glad that I'm able to keep delivering :) And for your question, I'm an Ukranian-Israeli, Born in Ukraine, raised in Israel in a very Post-Soviet environment, so I guess the accent is a mix of both :) )
Привет! Я восхищаюсь эстетикой, теплотой и темпом повествования в ваших видео! Продолжайте снимать, мне очень нравится!⭐⭐

Omg How cool that you saw my video! I see that you did the vocals for the song - Thank YOU for such an enchanting work!
Great and beautiful work! Tks for sharing!
@@_paganka_ I love seeing how people use this song. It's so fascinating and inspiring. This makes me happy because it shows that people like "Perun". And this is the greatest distinction for me and for OB-LIX.. So thank you for your kind words, and thank you for this inspiration. <3
I love your videos. I'm of Slavic heritage, but my family has no information on Slavic customs; my great-grandparents even tried to hide all information about their families back in eastern Europe (they emigrated in early 1900s). Your videos are a much-needed source of information. Thank you!
What a fascinating story!😳 I'm happy to be of some little help in the connection to our ancestors, Spring blessings to you darling! (and thank you for the lovely comment🤍)
You have such a calm and firm creative process, it really is mesmerizing. Incredible work as always!
Thank you very much! ♥️
So good
Thank you! 🙏🏼
As an aspiring artist who hopes to someday open my own exhibitions I find this awe inspiring! I would love to hear about the kind of research you did to explore the themes you did within the pieces. Your work is extremely moving, please keep creating.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful comment! It warms my heart 🌹 About the research question - I usually read and look for the right story that touches something in my soul and sparks the passion in me to create. Then I start to research more in depth about the culture that inspires me - the correct clothings, the traditions connected, the art, and as much as I can understand about the mindset and world view. looking through different resources and documentations of the story is very important to me as well, for credibility. I hope one day to visit the homelands of the cultures I’ve felt connection to, and if I’m lucky enough to listen to the stories straight from the storytellers, until then - I have my books, interviews, my family (for the Slavic part) and google scholar :)
Truly wonderful! The storytelling emersed us into these small moments that make for a greater atmosphere✨
Thank you love! It's so nice to hear such words from such an amazing TH-camr! <3
@@_paganka_ 🥰🥰🥰

Thank you!! [It's such a vibe to love her] 🌹
Aaaah so awesome. So much in common with my culture, the traditional art, the colours, the old tales, the music. i really think we are all sisters and brothers here in Eastern Europe, and we should stick together ❤
I completely agree! We are all connected 𓅓
thank you for this greay story and this whole video! loved to see your art in the making and hear about Kolyada cheers!
Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed it!
@@_paganka_ no - thank you! :)
would love more videos like this ❤ i grew up in a christian ukrainian household and i would love to learn more about slavic folklore and culture 🌟
For sure more Slavic themed videos will come out!🌹 I’m half Christian as well on my father’s side and Jewish on my mother’s, both Ukranians, and it’s interesting to see how much ancient folklore is still present and rooted in us even to these days!
Wow! Looking forward to more!
This was great! Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it!
Looking forward to this series!
❤❤
will be waiting for more, it's great seeing paganism experience a sort of revival, наилучшего тебе, и побольше такого :)
Дякую!! I’ve been painting pagan stories for around 5 years now, and it’s so interesting to see that with time pagan themes are more and more popular, as if people want to get closer to the old ways of nature 🙏🏼
Wonderful❤❤❤ Thank you
Beautiful work! Very inspiring. I liked hearing the story behind the painting.
Thank you very much! Happy to hear!🙏🏼🌹
Love the painting!
Thank you, I’m glad you liked it:)
Hi Anastasia, my name is Debbie. I’m so happy to met you on your channel. I live in northern Vermont in the USA. Do you mind that I ask where do you live? I loved your painting. I too am inspired by everything about Jonna Jinton . I think her art is extraordinarily beautiful. I have been processing rock pigments now for 3 years. I make a gum Arabic solution as my medium to make watercolor paint it’s more like gouache. I think I would like to try painting on a canvas. I’d like to know what you use for your medium. I hope you have a real nice day and I look forward to seeing more videos from you. 🤗
Hello Debbie:) Thank you for your lovely comment 🌹 Jonna is a huge inspiration to me, and it’s nice to meet another soul affected by her energy! The medium I use is a pouring medium, it was the only medium at my local art shop and it gave the effect that I wanted:) The technique you use sound so interesting, would love to see it! And to your question, I’m from Israel, born in Ukraine, times are rough now so creating these videos is a little escapist haven to me🙏🏼✨ I hope you have a great time of the day as well, it’s amazing that you are from such a far part of the world, yet you found this video:) See you around 🥹🌹
מעולה!😍
