Best stretch sequence yet IMO. Love the big overhead stretches after being seated, hope for more. Just wish the video quality was a bit better.

Parkinson disease is a very terrible illness, my Dad suffered from it for 19 years until we finally got a help and a medicine from Dr Madida that truly works that helped treat, cure and reversed all his symptoms. My Dad is well again🎉🎉 🎉

There is a ton of evidence showing that the high protein high fat zero sugar, zero carbs carnivore diet is incredibly effective at alleviating this disease. The constant unwarranted efforts at reducing cholesterol, which makes up 25% of the brain, cause enormous damage. Statins have a lot to answer for. Give the patient a diet of fatty protein, remove sugar, carbs, kick the statins, and watch the results.

It was published this week that Parkinson's meds block the body's ability to cool itself (thermoregulation) that's a pretty important side effect to watch out for. Overheating can be very dangerous!

He takes levodopa 8 times a day to control himself and he is promote it like its legit? In 2 minutes time he said levodopa has absolutely no horrible side effects but he said too much levodopa does trigger dyskinesia. He has ethic problems for sure.

Communication due to muscular issues, the fatigue factor of the Parkinson’s, this is something that impacts vocal presentation. People who have not experienced this themselves or with a family member (and PD affects everyone differently!) will read it as lack of enthusiasm. I think he’s very brave to do this kind of platform because your abilities vary from moment to moment. It’s not a small thing to participate in such a public forum and those of us who ‘get it,’ very much appreciate the effort.

Any time some starts off denigrating what when and what we ate to become human who, by the way, rarely, if ever, had Parkinson’s. It’s only since this whole “food pyramid” thing became a thing. I eliminated my PD about 3 1/2 years ago by doing an extended water fast followed by a carnivore diet eaten in OMD.

Early on in the presentation Dr Laurie mentions that vitamin B12 absorption is reduced by Levadopa. It is known that vitamin B12 deficiency can result in dystonia. A few months ago I shifted to a completely dairy-free diet and have started to experience morning foot dystonia in the last few weeks. I've tried a Chelated magnesium supplement which seems to help a little bit but has caused mild gastric problems. After years of being on a diet high in dairy, is there a risk of a B12 deficiency in going cold turkey on dairy, like a withdrawal effect? Despite Introducing a regular morning smoothie as a potential compensatory measure, should I be taking a B12 supplement or go back on dairy?
