A day trip on Thursday 19th September 2024 started by taking the Corran Ferry from Corran to Ardgour. Turning left off the ferry and exploring the beautiful countryside of Ardnamurchan before ending upat Glenfinnan.

Discover this hidden gem of Scotland's West Coast at Cuil Bay, Argyll. Nestled on the Ardsheal peninsula, this serene shingle and sand beach offers a tranquil escape for wildlife enthusiasts as there is a rich biodiversity from oyster catchers to otters and soak in the stunning views across to the islands of Balnagowan, Shuna and Lismore.

Carnasserie Castle, Near Kilmartin, Lochgilphead, PA31 8RQ Carnasserie Castle is a ruined 16th-century tower house, noted for it's unusual plan and renaissance detailing. It is to be found about 2 miles North of Kilmartin in Argyll on the West of Scotland.

On the South Side of Glasgow between Newton Mearns and Barrhead lies Dams to Darnley Country Park covering some 1300 acres of open space. popular for country walks and angling.

On the West Coast of Scotland 12 miles North of Oban lies Barcaldine, located on the banks of Loch Creran. Moving 3 miles North we come to Creagan, before moving on to Appin and Castle Stalker, on a tidal Islet on loch Laich.
