Double the nuts on the rods mate. ech nut fixed against the other prevents it from coming loose do to the vibration. Or/(rathet) And Balance the magnet discs for less vibration. I am no where near where you are in exploration of energy generation per se, but the double nuts will already help in the experimenting fase. Love it what you did/do! The problem I have with hho is not making but winter weather freezing temperature..being in Southern Ontario winter can be interesting with freezing..hho is good in summer but useless for winter driving..even bringing in the hho system say inside the vehicle makes it a challenge

You need more plates and more water. Use distilled with just a little potassium hydroxide. And use stainless steel 304. The water's quality affect the amperage problem/ require more energy problem. YOU MUST USE DISTILLED, and keep minerals away. They lower the waters resistance. I read somewhere that the best water was ocean water. Im going to be buying a 3000 watt and do away with the utility company. They're raising rates by 75% here in Cali and solar energy is not reliable enough. Cloudy days. Rain. Get a spare too. And power everything from water.

Just looking at your setup to me it looks like you're hoses are too big of a diameter along with your fittings. Seems like there would be a way to mathematically calculate how much gas you need to make to keep that thing running at full. Anything bigger would be unnecessary and anything smaller wouldn't work. You're making plenty of gas I think your hoses and fittings are just too big and it's not getting enough vacuum in? IDK... I'm guessing this thing is going to supply the power to make the electricity once it's running? You have to go one further step and separate the hydrogen from the oxygen

The timing in the carby will have to be adjusted for the hydrogen as it has higher combustion, therefore you won't be able to use the petrol and switch the hydrogen. If I could suggest maybe add another hydrogen cell to increase the fuel capacity and give that a go.

Check the experimenting BMW did with a V10 on ambient pressure hydrogen back in the 2000s 2010s. Bottom line, HHO gas will supply abouut 1/3 the power of gasoline at ambient pressure. If you want full power, you have to presurize the hydrogen to get more energy density. That is WHY this technology has not taken off. Presurizing Hydrogen is a costly endeavor in every way.

People say this is not possible because it's more energy out than in but they are not putting the catalyst in the equation. There is energy stored in sodium hydroxide and in water and this is releasing it. If someone who didn't know how photovoltaics worked they would think it might be a perpetual motion machine or if someone who didn't know that energy was stored in uranium would think nuclear energy was some sort of the same thing. In nature energy is stored in many surprising places. Coal has high energy density, oil as well and radioactive metals too. Just because science hasn't measured something doesn't mean it doesn't exist. All of these things existed before we found out about them and I believe we still have a ways to go. Many equations in physics are missing a huge part of the problem and after science banished the aether we have had a gaping hole that scientists try to fill but they have still not found the missing part and the way science thinks they know everything has set them back on the road of discovery. Thousands of homegrown scientists who aren't afraid of being labeled pseudoscientists are working on things mainstream science won't touch with a ten foot pole but in the end this persistence in the face of ridicule will prevail and we will discover new energy sources! Really you have to adjust the engine timing almost to top dead center hydrogen goes much faster than gasoline gasoline is rather slow at the ignition reset the timing hopefully you can do it on that particular motor I'm sure you can just about top dead center otherwise it'll kick backwards I did this myself and I got thrown out of the United states for doing it so be careful 150
