Nate and Doug!!!
the beer popping out of the mans hand as soon as the song starts is so hilarious
greatest guys to ever do it. nearly brings me to tears it is so effective!
This is a cover from Doug Gillards band GEM. original rules, too
As spotty as the audio is, this is just goddamn inspiring. Fucking GBV. Sometimes, it just hits the spot.
4:31 Bob moving backwards in time. Giving a salty salute.
this video brings me closest to that feeling of seeing GBV live, I am getting so hyped rocking out to this song, GBV GBV GBV GBV
What psycho downvoted this amazing live cut? It's awesome!!
0:08 - 0:11 poor guy lost his beer... played it off like a champ 💪😎💯
I've seen this video like 100 times but never noticed that before hahaha, legend
best guitar solo in history of mankind
Notes pulled right out of gods heart!!
He's pretty good on the guitar but Will Self has let himself go.
Ace.
this is one of my favorite videos on TH-cam... what a show this must’ve been ✨
Pollard-Gillard 2020
Could this be a GBV anthem????
Hell. Yes.
i think they are all drunk..... LEL
Now thats what a crowd should look like! What a guitar sound!
+Sammy Sue The guitars,oh my god... one of the purest rock songs ever.
How can you not love a band where the singer is just as wasted as anyone in the audience and still puts on a stellar show?
I really miss the Cowhaus. It was my favorite place to hang from the mid to late '90s.
O ne of the best live shows ever!
baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Nobody Kicks Like Bob.
The wall...of sound!
i was there! i saw the balloons!
my favorite GBV lineup
Forgot about mag earwig
Was that a salty salute at 4:36?
Hahah, yea...I was just about to comment on how ridiculous that was.
One of my favorite songs in the world!

This video is now 44th most watched GBV video in TH-cam history. Thanks fellow GBV lovers. Going to see the CLASSIC LINE-UP in Columbus tonight. Its been a long time waiting, but finally a reunion! Still waiting for Bob to team-up with Doug.
YOU GOT YOUR WISH MY FRIEND;D & SO DID I!. GUIDED BY VOICES IN L.A.
I want to go to there
one of my favorite songs
Wasted and fucking amazing. That guitar solo gets me every time. It's my ring tone!
@kc7fys im a woman and i like them. i suppose im the only one then
well im a woman and i like gbv
LOOK AT HIM... LOL
lol clearly my sarcasm was a little less blatant than yours. It is a thin lizzy riff that can be found through google - if you were already looking on the internet you wouldn't have asked!
Friends, there's at least ONE woman who loves this band! It's no fault of theirs, but there are guy bands, and there are girl bands. Many would concur that GBV, with notable exceptions--is a guy band.
there were a ton of cute girls going nuts at the show in San Francisco tonight …!
Ah, on the internet? OK, I'll check on the internet. I was looking in encyclopedias, the phone book, and in the Bible. Thanks for the protip!
there are tabs on the internet
Just wish that they had played in the UK more, only got to see them once. That once being the best once in a lifetime experience anybody could ever have.... EVER!!!!
Haha. That guy just wasted a beer at the beginning.
great vid...captures the live essence.
Wow, I got see GBV from 1995 to 1997 and then later in 2002-3 in Orlando, Chapel Hill & D.C., those early years were so insane! I remember people soaking Bob in beer by everyone just in the crowd flinging beer at him. He was so trashed and so soaked in beer but sung every song with total perfection. Such a great moment in my life. I actually lifted Bob back up to the stage. He's a big fat heavy man. A genius forever and always in my mind.
Ladies love this band...or at least I do. My ex introduced me to them back in the 90's and I can't get enough. Seen them a few times, recorded a good live sho in London Ontario ( 3 1/3 hours!!!).
you can't rock better than this...
