What's size deference between VN turbo and EN turbo ?
I don’t know off the top of my head but it’s not a huge difference. The turbo manifold is much more efficient on the EN turbo though. And the internals are much better built. Which = More boost reliably 👍🏼
What engine mods did you add
Any maintenance issues after long term tune use?

Pure turbo stuffed VN turbo for sure, or hybrid. More reliable in the long run.

@@rezdrip2529 the original mounts are pretty bad, which is what I meant, getting better engine mounts reduces that hopping when you launched it
@@JacketCK yea the car had terrible wheel hop before. But I put a turbo tech upper and a boomba lower engine mount on it. Which almost eliminated all of it. Still would hop occasionally but not nearly as bad 👍🏼
Why a 6 spd? Theyre geared to low like a fiesta ST. Is the DCT to weak?
DCT can only handle so much power before it starts slipping. Manual is more fun IMO as well. And 5th and 6th gear are pretty long in this car 👍🏼

Car had a borla attack catback and a catless DP from depo racing. Along with the lap3 stage 3 tune the car made a lot of good noises 👍🏼

@@rezdrip2529good to know thanks brotha hope u been enjoying the stang! Ive owned an accent for the past 10 years and loved it just need power and to me the Veloster N is the perfect upgrade. I'm sure the motor isnt as reliable compared to but I would be taking good care of it.

@@rezdrip2529thanks alot brother still working on it!! Had my Accent hatch modded for 7 years now so the N would be the perfect upgrade, just tough finding them used in Canada for under MSRP. Since they discontinued them everyone want's the brand new price for a used one w/ 50-70,000km. Either I wait for the used ones to come into the high 20s to justify or pay 35k for a 0 km example.
@johndc2998 you should look into the elantra N instead alot of people have different choices but alot of people are going for the elaborate n instead of the hatch like me I love the hatch I have a 2022 DCT veloster N and it's beautiful with the noose of a BOV and i also have a 06 chrysler 300 srt8 6.l the original srt 8 and now i can live happily ever after 😮😂😂😊

The install looks like a serious commitment lol. I would love to throw an EN turbo on the veloster, or even an EN hybrid as 400whp seems attainable without meth on the hybrid. I wish these KDM cars responded better to e85. Either I dig the progress. The car looks like a fun hatch at that 350whp level.
Absolutely! And all in all taking the engine out wasn’t bad. I had help as well so that always makes it a little easier. And even on stock EN turbo if you run meth you can pretty much get to that 400WHP mark. If you’re EN hybrid you could probably push 450+ to the wheels with methanol. These N cars are awesome!
@@rezdrip2529 Awesome numbers for sure! I am definitely looking to run pump or an e blend on any platforms in the future. So I’d rock the hybrid and run pump unless somewhere down the line we can run e85. I’m sure it would be spin city anyways lol. Thanks for the feedback!
@@rob2431 best bet is run meth. As we can run that. Nobody yet has our car that can run e85 on these. Until someone finds out. Safe bet is meth.

As long as you put your O2 sensors back in there’s no real way of knowing it’s catless 👍🏼
Yeah. With the heat shield back on and the O2 sensors back in place its pretty stealthy but the sound might be a giveaway. I also have the gpf delete so its louder than stock already.
