when i extract high skilled soldiers i don't find them in the waiting room, why?? or i find some of them in rig with x mark in their box, what it means? usually my units are full when i extract them.

I can't see my staff's stats and can't tell if some are hurting others or making them sick

I understand these are your favorite weapons but my question is when is best to use these weapons. Mission wise.

Would someone - for the love of GOD - 1) Please tell me why the heck some of the staff have the letter "X" inside the box next to their name under staff management, while others don't??? 2) Or how about.... why do some names have a little dark circle in front of their name (in staff management) ... 3) or how to lock the name of the staff member that you don't want to lose??? 4) Or even... why is it that I've progressed almost 50% - I've finished Main Mission 31 - started the new chapter - but I'm no longer able to use my ("sleepy sniper rifles") dart (knock out - "zzz") sniper rifle with suppressor? I have enough GMP... I have enough materials (flower and purple digitalis)... ALTHOUGH... it says something like "(15/-15") (where the positive 15 is normal in color but the negative number 15 is in red) on the right side of the pick your primary weapons screen. I don't find any of that to be simple... I've been playing for a good while now thinking that I would just figure it out eventually - BUT SO FAR I STILL HAVEN'T figured these things out." I'm so frustrated... ARG Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks!!!

Worthless video! Seriously. What do the x in the boxes mean? What do the little dots next to names mean?!? What does the effects of staff have on game? How do you get higher ranked staff? Seriously, 10 minutes on stuff that any idiot can clearly see is of no value whatsoever.

How I manage Mother Base is I look at what units I got or Miller will do it for me. If the unit has a score of E D or C You kick them out only Bs and As you keep. Also be on the lookout for Troublemakers if your GMP drops they will start fights between you and Quiet once you return to Mother Base and morel will drop. Unsanitary Troublemakers will make your staff sick and will put them in Sickbay, Harassment Troublemakers will cause problems on Mother Base and will give your staff PTSD, and Violent and Assault Troublemakers will put you staff in Sickbay and will rape any female staff members and give them PTSD. To fix this sort by skill descending, scroll down to the medical icon and change your display, and boot the troublemakers out. Anyone with an E rank or below C should also be booted. Also when you are in Africa once you reach Level 30 No Bantu, no Swahili, and absolutely NO KIKONGO! if you have anyone speaking this franca everyone on you base will die and you can't do combat missions or FOB missions until your staff level returns to normal and you meet Code Talker. The guys manning Wialo are worthless extract them only to level up your platforms then boot them and get higher ranking ones. Be careful on your medical team if you extract anyone who is injured, a wondering base soldier, or a puppet soldier be on the lookout for troublemakers unsanitary will put your staff in sickbay, harassment will drop morale and can give your staff PTSD, and those with Violent or Assault will kill anyone in sickbay or start fight between you, Quiet, or others on the base once you go in the red and they can kill your specialist. Boot all troublemakers out and keep them off the medical team. If you have Malak lock him and if you do a mission to extract missing soldiers make sure there are no troublemakers or when you get back everyone will be MIA, KIA, or WIA which is not good.

My staff are in alot of units and alot of my staff has x's next to them and it wont let me get rid some of the staff with x's. How do I fix that?

I'm late to the party but I have a question maybe someone can help me with. Malak. the anesthesiologist keeps dying. I rescue him over and over but he just keeps showing up dead and I am without the ability to upgrade certain weapons. Is there a fix for this or do I have to start a new game ?

What resources and personal do you need to get these weapons? Wtf TH-cam I typed in “how to get the best weapons” not people’s favorites

This is is called desync an issue with alot of games but extremely noticeable in dayz at some point you should have put 2 and 2 together and just ran away from it gotten in a building locked the door and relogged had the exact same thing happen before another option would have been getting on the sand bags and reloading its honestly really simple no offense it was just painful watching you seemingly not comprehend what was going on or maybe just doing the same thing over and over out of frustration That said it really needs to be fixed as do alot of bugs i agree with the comment about them releasing a new map when the need to fix the core game alot of devs do that these days
