@@connor_bruh1572 certain tracks, sections it fits and hits. For this particular track though, I feel like the vocals are kinda rushed, don’t fit certain sections. I was a big fan of these guys in the fellsilent days. This album with fellsilent era vocals would have absolutely slayed in my opinion of course. I’ not throwing shade on the talent of the vocals from gnosis, just not my particular cup of tea.

Why this never became a song on the album, I will never understand. So damn amazing.
It was fully intended to be released as part of Gnosis album. There was a dispute with Neema (previous vocalist) back in the day as he holds the rights for it's lyrics, and they haven't agreed with John Browne on something so he essentially took his song off the album. There are three versions of this song: 1. We Are The Foundation, original one. 2. Memoirs V2, Gnosis album version of song with similar lyrics and song structure to WATF EP. It was even released as single (or just posted on band's facebook), but was DMCA'ed on the same day, so no one managed to save it in time. 3. Memoirs V3, V2 instrumental + Matt Rose lyrics. it's still available on the internet, but due to timing reasons wasn't included into Gnosis.

this is probably an unofficial demo version that if my memory serves me correct was leaked on Reddit by someone. In fact, the whole album plus a few other songs pure instrumental version was leaked. I have Spotify but I don't remember seeing instrumental tracks there for this album.
