Fairly new to the deck. Comes in mornings usually for pecans, walnuts, and fresh water then is away majority of daytime.

I hope he learned his lesson fast! Big Nutz the Squirrel is looking for me in window when I was doing chores. He prefers me to hand feed him. I don't know why. There we nuts on the deck

In general, I can always tell when a new squirrel show up to the deck or yard. The second they see me or hear the door open, they RUN like the wind. If they keep showing up, they slowly get accustomed to me arriving with more nuts and goodies when I can throughout the day. I don't want any to fear me too much... they need to feel happy and safe as possible here.

Big Nutz is one of few squirrels that allows me hand feed him. He begs for it most of the time 😊. Another male and a female named Spot have taken nuts from my hand, but are still timid. Nuts almost always on deck: Walnuts, Pecans, Almonds, Peanuts. *Rare* When I can ($): Hazelnut, Shelled Walnuts, Filberts, Brazil Nuts Seeds, etc: Sunflower, Black Oil Sunflower, Pumpkin, Critter Feed Mix *PEANU...

I never thought this would actually happen. They are fine. They also chase each other all the time. We have about 5 chipmunks total they roam around and enjoy all the nuts and seeds

You cannot have your back turned when it comes to these crazy critters! Again, right after cam turned off, this squirrel enjoyed eating 3 pecans 🐿️💙 I always try to make sure they are happy

I don't know about these squirrels around here sometimes...
