In the beginning of the Video the fox is approximately 200 yards out , towards the end of the Video he is approximately 50 yards out

I upgraded to the Wicked Light W404ic with the 850 Ir bulb & mounted it under the barrel on rifle

I use it during the day & do spot a lot of birds that I normally would not see with a naked eye, that being said identifying the bird with this device would be difficult for me. The owl could be a short ear owl but where I'm from I just called him a Barn-Owl. I have a still photo of a Ruffed Grouse I was going to post in this comment to use for an example but I'm not seeing where to attach a photo to comment. Hope this helps

N0, it is not the stock light, it's a (Wicked Light W404ic) with an 850ir bulb. I really like this light it adjusts from flood to beam from the tail of the light not the bezel

THANKS, My rifle is the Ruger American Ranch in 5.56/223, the cartridge I use is Hornady's 223rem 53gr V-Max. Both Coyotes were between 175 & 200 yards out

Wicked Light W404ic 850nm Infrared

For nighttime videos I go into settings & make adjustments to the brightness & contrast & I upgraded the IR light to a Wicked Lights W404ic 850nm, the stock light that came with it works but not satisfactory enough for me

@@cliftonmullenax6711 I have the 4k max and could never get anything as clear as that, what settings do you put brightness and contrast at and I was also thinking of upgrading my ir to the wicked light A51ir

@@scottlaird5195 The IR light upgrade is the biggest part of it (I would recommend the W404ic I'm not sure if the A51ir is as bright) I have no way of showing the settings but what I do is adjust it the first thing when out in the field at night for the hunt (both day & night). If I can figure out a way to accurately show you the sittings I certainly will. I might try & take a pic through the eye piece with my cellphone.

I put the Sd card into my laptop (Microsoft / Windows 10) then open the file in file explorer drag & drop into videos then go to video editor for editing, then download them to TH-cam, hope this helps.

I did but for some reason it was a miss fire & I'm not sure why because the round did fire the next time tried it.

@@TheJosebd I went back & reviewed that video the reason it looked so bright is that there are two IR lights on the fox at one point, my buddy had his wicked light (W403ic) on spot & mine was more on a flood setting, if you watch my other videos, you will see how good these lights work compared to the stock light that comes with the Wraith 4k Max

@@infinitehuntoutdoors This is the first Day/night vision scope I've owned so there's not much advise I can give you other than I like it. I've only had it for a short while now & it's been somewhat of a learning curve but not too bad. One thing I will say is I upgraded the IR illuminator that comes with it to the Wicked Light W404ic 850nm infrared LED, the one that comes with it works but I need more light to see out at 600 yards. The other thing would be if you're putting it on a bolt gun get the Sightmark extended scope mount
