Ohhh yes, the bright days of Caltrain
where the whole ride :(( (i know its been 11Y by now
It’s amazing how long the legacy fleet trains have been in service
has anyone else ever seen the Balboa Park ghost
If you now try a 2$ ticket on the gate it won’t work it will say issueficcent value go to vender and will beep alerting the person it has issuficcient value
702?
Don’t know. The schedule was really different 10 years ago but it had to be 702 or 704 because it stopped at Stockton ACE
Most likely 702 because its the Morning SB Train and 704 runs in the evening
What camera do you use to record video
3:00
cool
By the way (to commenters), this is not the dining car but a cafe car for Amtrak California service (San Joaquin and Capitol Corridor). The Pacific Surfliner and other Amtrak Cafes are similar but do vary
I like it
so much time has passed now
Wow Fremont was the final stop according to this video
This reminds me of the train mission from GTA San Andreas
Diego Diaz
Sucks that you can't go inside
Hi friend I love these Amtrack Trains I Travel From Stockton to Oakland California 2012 God bless you...
Coming to TSW 2020 can't wait
CAPITAL CORRIDOR NEEDS TO EXPAND WAY BEYOND SACRAMENTO & INTO BOTH STOCKTON & SAN FRANCISCO, CA. THE USUAL DELAYS-$$$. THE FUTURE OF CAPITAL CORRIDOR DEPENDS ON INCREASED RIDERSHIP(WHICH IT ALREADY HAS) & ADEQUATE FUNDING FROM THE STATE AND THE CALIFORNIA HIGH-SPEED RAIL ASSOCIATION. CHECK OUT THEIR WEBSITE FOR UPDATED INFORMATION AS WELL AS COMPANY REPORTS ON THE FUTURE OF THE CAPITAL CORRIDOR TRAIN GROWTH.
On one train there are no cafe signs. They just tell you its below the observation car. Is it behind a hidden door?
Humphrey Bear yes the cafe car has steps halfway through the observation car. Amtrak’s new CEO (former head of Delta) has done away with the classic dining car on some long haul. Looks like airline food now. Sad.
at the end lol Platform 1: train at platform 1 is out of service do not board
You can buy a Bart ticket onboard
Its Vincent Grade/Acton not Action
Riding on Bart is what I do
1? Why didn't that conductor offer to help that man get off? You can clearly see he's had a stroke! WOW. Great video though I needed to see what the route was. thanks
Which Amtrak train number was this?
are you filming the floor?
Is this coach
How long takes from the airport to San Ysidro?? What is the schedule? Thank u
I love train
Cuanto quisiera que éste tranvía se siguiera hasta Tijuana, pero creo que ya llovió.
That is far and above the "National Cafe Car Menu" shown on the AMTRAK website.
That salad looks delicious!
1:27 - That's rare to hear automated announcements on the Pacific Surfliner nowadays! Glad you caught that!

I love videos of food on trains and planes. This was awesome!
Great video of the Pacific Surfliner from San Diego to Los Angeles along the coast with a beautiful sunset at San Clemente. I travel long distance by Amtrak trains and also the Pacific Surfliner between San Diego, Los Angeles & Oxnard when I'm home in the Civilized San Diego area alternating my visits between Los Angeles & the Oxnard/Ventura area.
when we travel to N.Y i always bring a bag of crap for myself, although i do pay my contribute to their food as well
How do you purchase a senior ticket?
Arthur Moss from Bart in person locations like lake merit station
Looks pretty comfy actually!
Why did you board in the middle of the crossing
The platform had a end buffer so only ACE can access it so they needed the train to board at the middle of the crossing. Same thing happened at my hometown station not long ago like 1 year ago , Platform 2 was under maintinence at Fremont Centreville station so all trains had to board at middle of crossing. Some of them had the cabcar be the boarding coach but some let the first car do it. Now Platform 2 is open so the Capitol Corridor trains cannot face it.
better than airplanes I traveled 56 hr from OH to CAL its quite fun
