The Holy Spirit Korean Youth Conference is a youth movement that began in 2013 to commemorate the revival movement of the Korean church that blossomed across the Korean peninsula in the 1900s, triggered by the public confession of missionary Hardy in 1903. It is a gathering centered on praise, words, and prayer, starting with the 'Hardy 1903 Holy Spirit Korean Prayer Conference' with the purpose of raising up the young generation that will become the main players of the 21st century.
Last year on 26th August 2023, the seventh Korean Youth Conference, hosted by Gwanglim Church, has hosted the conference with the same passion.
PHOS stands for:
- Presence | presence
“Encounter the Light” Receive the presence and filling of the Holy Spirit
- Holiness | holy
“Walking with the light” Living a holy life under the guidance of the Holy Spirit
- Overflow | missionary
“Shine the light” Shine light to the ends of the earth with the power given by the Holy Spirit
- Sending | dispatch
“Living as light” We send you out as the light of the world with the Holy Spirit.
