It's the largest alligatoridae, but I think all of the crocodiles are larger. Piranha are probably only dangerous to people if you are bleeding. That picture at 55 seconds is obviously fake. 1:22 is a moray eel. Not an electric eel. Falling into the river is NOT almost a death sentence! If you fall in, you're likely to be okay, at least if you don't spend too much time in it. Waters you very much want to avoid swimming in, in the Amazon are black water rivers and lakes and swamps. Where the water is slow moving or still and the visibility is poor. These are the waters that dangerous animals prefer. Caimans, anacondas, electric eels, candirus, sting rays, piranha, and leeches are all dangers.

Ask any doctor, stop eating so much so often. If you do want to consume that much and it's usually the wrong kind of food, counter it with physical activities. In the end, auto-immune, thyroid, stress or whatever reason you assign overeating to, only you can control what you place in your mouth. How do I know? I ate too much, gained too much weight and it almost killed me. Literally. No one forced me to eat what I ate or the amount. I stopped looking to blame others and point to other factors as why I was so overweight. It was me and the behavior I let control me.
