Hello, well done 👍. Just check the difference between the Subbase and Base descriptions after capture. Subbase might be the stabilized cement type and crushed rocks will be the Base before Binder Course.

This is cement road the vice president proposed. I guess the latter wanted to see cement on top not knowing cement is at the base.

I stand to be corrected, but I think this amasaman overpass is just too much and is gonna waste a lot of the project time. I feel the contractor should have adopted the Tantra overpass/roundabout or Achimota/MultiChoice N1 overpass style
