in the first minute and forty-five seconds we see speaking monkeys trying to brute-force physics to an actual intelligent and experienced person

It’s a little hard to see this as a Jack Reacher movie after the Alan Ritchson version. But if we just pretend this isn’t Reacher, it is certainly a good standalone action movie.

Actually it’s the shoes that give it away usually. But they definitely go to the same HRT doctor. That’s a big giveaway.
