You may be very interested to know that some hospital staff in my area have used Zero Tolerance to falsely accuse me of violence. Even when there is nothing at all on the security camera. Her collegues backed her up because they are her collegues, not because I have anything at all. It turns out that I offended her ego, and she pulled that! The manager came out, pointed at the zero tolerance sign and told me off, for something I never did! But they see us all as gorillas I suppose. Its a form of gaslighting when it is abused. They are supposed to do no harm, not exploit important policy to harm patients just because they take a personal and arbitrary dislike to us. What should I do about this sort of thing? Thanks.
