He loses everything, phones, shoes, wallet etc and wakes up in bushes or on the street.

As the daughter of a father who lost his entire family in the holocaust, excuses fall like leaves off my shoulders. He behaved this way many times, not once or even twice. And, since I'm in the wine and spirits business, I can inform him that when one black outs from drinking, one is generally on the floor, etc., asleep. He's trying to explain what? I do not think you can strictly blame the drink. I think when you are bullied you can then become the bully as a result of all that trauma. True bullies, pick whatever is at the forefront and use that to attack. Race, religion, sexual orientation, financial standing etc. I dont believe when someone is drunk and lashes out and picks the most readily available thing that that makes them a racist etc. I think this combined with an addiction would have been a more real response. Self hatred often manifests in hatred towards others. Drunkenness and nastiness often go hand in hand. Its a fact.

i always wondered who was recording and how did they even know this would happen? i don't typically video tape anyone especially in public. so was this planned??

Going through trauma and suddenly being propelled to the top without time to process wounds to the mind and soul will catch up to us-especially while burning the candle at both ends.

It will never fail to amaze me that someone can commit billions of acts of kindness and be remembered for something said or done when severely overworked, triggered, and intoxicated. Should he have said it, no. Will I hate him for the rest of my life bc he said it…also, no.

It seems as though, he was ‘under the influence’ of something in that video clip with regards the statement. It also seems he was being confronted and flew off the hinge into unacceptable territory, offensive territory. That as that. It seems his everyday personality reflects as much softer, approachable, his tendency/techniques of creativity that of a child, as though he is rooted to the kids playing dress up with the exaggerated costumes, whereby wearing a princess dress and a superhero cape to the shopping store is perfectly acceptable. It seems he has learned from that moment of offense and the experience of tragedy and the changes/shifts in his career. Hopefully he realizes he is appreciated for the likable aspects of his existence, by his friends/support system, that he roots himself to secure free creatively expressed explorations that connect to the beautiful in all the world and away from the ugliness of anything evil. He might need to dance, more often, as to how movement moves out the energy within and the freely expressed movement of the body, of the arms/shoulders loosens up the tensions of angst, frustration. That recommended, he dance around outside, inside the house, at his leisure. Sobriety is also very important, as he knows already, learned himself. May God give him strength within himself, unshakable.
