They mean easy if you skate transition. There's different levels of transition tricks, just like any other area of skateboarding. If you're new to transition, these are great beginner tricks to get the hang of doing.

i do not; there is no full cab, in terms of mini ramp skating, unless you’re referring to a complete full cab air. in this trick, you stop to rock the board, hence why it is called a half cab rock and roll. ive also seen it called a “360 rock and roll,” and id suppose it could also be called a “full cab rock and roll,” although that is kind of confusing tbh
Based on my recent research on the difference between a suski and a salad I'd say this is a suski I think? The conclusion I came to was a suski is a smith but obviously lifted up and a salad is a feeble lifted. I'm not saying they are these tricks but it's the direction the board points if that makes sense?
