I like Caruso but the bulls definitely didn't get fleeced. Giddey is a better offensive player and just as good when it comes to passing and playmaking. He hasn't nearly even peaked yet either & regarding the playoffs Giddey doesn't mix with the OKC team anymore. He's needs to be on a team where he can be a playmaker. Anthony Edwards shooting 6-24 is unusual for him, BUT you can't say basketball is just 1 dimensional like that. Elite players affect the game in other ways when their shooting is cold and that's exactly what Ant did. He was being double and triple teamed whenever he touched the ball, and since hes young he didn't know how to handle that. But he started figuring it out in the 2nd half, and started driving in to the double teams then dishing out for 7 wide open 3s. Seven of them. That's 21 points he set up that don't show up on his scoring. Plus, he almost got a triple double with almost double digit boards despite playing with 3 seven footers on his team. Ant also started guarding Murray in the 2nd half, which is when Murray switched from being hot to going cold. Which had a huge impact. Btw, Michael Jordan had many games like this. Many. One example is he shot 5-18, including 6-11 from the line, in a loss to a much worse team than his. I could list many others. Murray really gotta step up. He was so reliable and a sniper in last year's playoffs and played great against the Lakers. But he has was trash in gms1&2, was solid in 3&4 and Jokic stole the show in gm5. But he NEEDS to be that guy, luckily Gordon and the bench have been playing great to help the Nuggets win, but Murray has got a bit to prove in gm7. Jokic will always play great, but no teams win playoff series without a second guy.
