I write this as I sit here with tears in my eyes. Heaven gained another angel, my son Colby left us. His journey on this earth, though tragically brief, was filled with moments of beauty, grace, and unforgettable joy.He had a rare gift, the ability to touch lives with a simple act of kindness, a comforting word, or a gentle smile.He was a loving son, brother, and a loyal friend, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those he loved. I made this but not in the Crock-Pot and using the whole bottle of the parmesan garlic sauce was so strong that it was better as a side and not as the main meal. But all I did was cut the parmesan garlic in half and that was still kind of very strong so I'm going to do this again and use a quarter of the season & throw it in my crock pot for tomorrow.. ❤❤❤

Can you use any variation of this spice recipe to make ground meat jerky using a grinder and jerky gun before you smoke them?
@wincertactical1317 you could try keeping the liquid part of the ingredients to about 2-3TBS of total liquid, I always add a cure to ground jerky also. thanks for watching and commenting!😁👍

Not going to lie if I see red I will not eat
The red you see is called a smoke ring caused by a chemical reaction between the meat and invisible nitric oxide gas that's produced when wood or charcoal are burned to heat a smoker or grill. A smoke ring is a color change in the meat's myoglobin. 145° is the USDA internal safe for pork, these ribs are pulled in the high 190°s internal way past the 145° safe temp, appreciate you watching and commenting 😁👍
