I have a Xbox Elite Controller. When locking the trigger on the first Gen i was breaking with like 80%. With the new 2nd Gen controller it is always 100% even in the shortest setting. Can someone please help?

pro tip - play on a pristine condition dualshock 4 and learn it, I have found it;s the best proportioned for driving and after a week of driving on it the joysticks become an extension of you and somehow it feels like you can feel the track.

A steering speed of 0.01 represents 1% tho. So its shown correctly in the content manager!?? And having the stick always forward feels super awkward. Side to side way more reactive for me. Other than that probably the best video out there! Helped a lot, thanks!!

I see you too use the pushed up stick technique. Its amazing how people dont do this and end up with jerky steering. and even more confusing when you realise its how to move forward in 90% of any other game

Not sure if I’m missing something but I changed the settings to exactly how you have it just to see how it feels for me but I find that I don’t seem to see or feel the difference out of it compared to the base gamepad setup. Like it just feels to me it’s steering the same for some reason

Great method for steering, I put a taller thumbstick and helps a lot, but tbh, without any assistance works really good only on circuits with race cars, currently im all invested on the shutoko map, and without any assistance, just 1 little bump to the traffic and youre done! bouncing everywhere on the highway. Trying to find the sweet min max removing the steering correction on the assistance and the sensitivities, but your method of steering with the thumbstick I adopted that for good. thanks a lot.
