I’m not sure if there will be a real estate price collapse especially with runaway inflation. But I damn sure can’t afford to buy or rent where I live anymore. I’d need to make 125% more money, and I don’t think I’m going to get a raise of that magnitude in this universe. Maybe if I can switch jobs entirely it’s possible, but even then I’m back to square one as banks want to see you at a job for at least 2 years usually and interest rates are continuing to climb while prices also rise.

Exept for all that commercial debt that will can't be refinanced

One thing that can bring on a crisis would be widespread unemployment or another crisis. Unfortunately we never see the crisis until it's too late. I'm an investor as well... But we should never be promoting our ideas in absolute form. Anyone listening...
