In my opinion does it really matter what size they are, it’s December and he’s out on open water in a boat jigging!! I absolutely love the feel of a jig bite, makes me want to get my boat out of storage!! Thanks for sharing your fishing outing with us!

Fishing to fast slow the return its cold and tgeres a front..Try using bait on a jig head like a crawler or minnow ive done very good at that area

At about 30 mins, if you're there again, you might consider floating a bait through that little channel...

When you fished the dam at 17:00 you walked right up on the fish and cast over them. The bubbles were headed upstream indicating an eddy and current seam. The fish were lying there feeding close to the shore.
