I also use the Omega Composer/Edge FX and Lexedge for subsurface printing. There's a much easier way to do what you're doing. If I had the means to record my screen like you did, I would. First when you go into Job Output from Composer, "Reverse Job" (F3) in GSP Plot. Go to Print Settings, go into Backing/Finishing. Check "Backing White Foil" and also "Job Area" and "Clear Fills and Strokes." You may also substitute the foil for whichever white you're using. I use Arctic White and Flood Coat White. Also, check "Reverse Print Order." 1200x300 dpi is a must! Apply your adhesive before you score the Lexedge and score them together... It's one less step. Use the 45° blade after you line up your target. For blade depth, i just put the blade all the way in and tighten the cap and it works fine for me.I go into the job settings straight at the plotter by holding Enter and pressing F3. My settings are "Speed=9", "Accel=1", and "Force=14" but i'm not using the 3M adhesive, I'm using a 8 mil banner tape. It's going to slow it down, but I do alot of long runs so it helps prevent the Lexedge from jumping the sprockets (it's happened). Hope this helps you! I wish Gerber would've told me how to setup for these types of jobs, lots of trial and error. Check out the video on my channel I just uploaded, it shows a print/cut job using Lexedge.
