A great home & nothing to fix ! Wow ! Perfect for those who have no interest in gardening ! Some nice pots/window boxes outside would add to things tho !

It could be a stunning home, but the amount of work needed should be reflected in the price, and also the church next door is a negative (bells!) and no real garden space also. So whereas this house with a bigger garden & no church might be attractive to many, all I see are negatives in spite of all those wonderful doors !

This could be a stunning property. One that I would have been interested in, and restoring to it's original glory. Some of us who watch these videos are actively looking. However, this home is severely overpriced in comparison to the work required for this to inhabitable. Yes, people are looking to come to Europe. However, that doesn't mean they are looking to be taken advantage of. That said, this is priced much too high.

Definitely over-priced.

Bars can't stop entry if someone really wanted to get in whilst away, false sense of security. Useful if your present in the house though.

The prison bars on the windows, tell us all we need to know about the locals. A 10 minute drive on a "track" to reach the house from a real road, sounds like E100,000, rather than E175,000.Other than that, it's a nicely laid out home.
