The difference between this match and the Aus 2017 is 1) Federers Attitude and 2) The bigger racquet allowing Fed to hit the backhand much flatter with a larger sweet spot. I have no idea why he stuck on to the small racquet all the way upto 2016, although you can understand it because Fed is from a time when the game was just different

Que partido de altísimo nivel, si Roger se mantenía centrado llegaban al 5to set. Este partido hizo más grande a la final del AO de 2017

It's difficult to be pusher punisher even for Federer. Nadal is top level of pusher, running physicality catching those almost impossible shots, pushing you to push more thus making mistakes

Nadal always had the mental edge over Fed during this period. He always believed he could beat Fed everytime he played him by just hanging in there long enough and absorbing the offensive pressure.

17:11 one set all and serving for the set but it's 15:30. Then Rafa comes up with 3 big serves and closes out the set. It's his serve that was the key difference in 2010. Really wish he could have kept this serve. But sadly it gave him abdominal injuries and so he had to switch back to his old serve which well, led to 2011. What a warrior though, always keeps fighting! Gotta love Rafa
