We did this tour in the morning probably between the hours of 10am-2pm. The ship is very busy in many areas but there are plenty of areas you can retreat to for a little rest and relaxation. Typically these will be the highest decks away from all of the commotion. Definitely check out Serenity on deck 14 forward part of the ship. Also Deck 3 port side (left side).
