How do you get good properties to agree to sublease ? Yesterday I asked like 20 people for sublease and only 2 of them agreed and they were not good deals.

I have properties in UK and Dubai, Trust me the UK is alot better, In Dubai you need to give the tenant 12 Months just to get them out of your house in the UK its 2 Months and the real estate companies and developers in Dubai are frauds. They just want to take your money and not help you at all during legal disputes.

It is called rent to rent because subleasing in the UK has a negative stigma and is actually illegal - without the correct contracts in place. So to remove the negative outlook with potential landlord the communities began calling it Rent to Rent instead.
