This is in New Zealand Plans can be found on the internet for mini jet boats like this. New Zealand plans are better for rivers like this, it's what they are designed for

how thick does that aluminum have to be to stay floating after hitting all those rocks ?
Most boats are 1/4" with a layer of uhmw on the bottom. Just the aluminum by itself wont last long.
