What kind of fuel economy are you getting with these mods when just cruising?
Well my stock 01 F250 7.3 power stroke puts out 235 hp and 500 foot pounds of torque. I’m thinking this little sucker hast to put out at least 400 foot pounds of torque with those mods if not more. Turbo diesel engines respond extremely well to any and all modifications.
Love my 7.3 but damn I want one of these....

I'm running 200hp without any smoke...
same 200hp at 4090 rmp and 403 nm at 2828 rpm no smoke. only when it hits hardcut. but i could add more fuel and get higher numbers and make it pull more before 1800 rpm

paul rogers 400hp from a bew tdi. would be expensive and would require an extensive build. but it is theoretically possible.
It's possible, however it basically requires a complete rebuild of the car: you need to get the engine up to those power figures then rebuild the transmission to handle the torque (on the order of 4-600lb ft of torque) need the axles to be able to handle the power tires and rims for the grip to use the power better cooling and fuel systems you can theoretically get away with doing just the engine and clutch (or clutches if you have a DSG) but you wont be able to use all the potential the engine has without damaging the transmission. If you're looking for a good power figure to reach 200 is about all i would suggest for a daily car, maybe if you're going for a track car 400 would be okay. but 200 especially with a nice DSG tune (if you have a DSG i honestly like mine) is good enough for most applications, and if you want the car to feel more peppy than that, put some effort into weight reduction and suspension.
where does the torque come in? trying to decide if that big of a turbo will make it less daily driveable without having to wrap the engine out every gear.
What is the torque curve like on one of these engines? I am quite sure that it is good, especially for a 4cyl.

You've got suspension/steering issues if your car is wobbling. You can do 120mph and car will drive straight like a arrow

used adapters... H&R 20mm adapters to convert 5x100 to 5x112
They are from a VW Scirocco
You' re Right. The Scirocco and the Passat CC got them. Both of them were able to get these rims.
What body kit is that and will it fit a 2000 jetta also can I fit a GLI engine a 1.8T on my 2.0 or would I have to change the tranny from a 5 SPD to a 6 SPD if you could please answer and awesome video

standard injectors? Long injection cycles/ durations increases ex temp. bigger nozzles can inject more fuel over a shorter time, so its more effectively used due to piston position, ie it isn't still injecting when piston is way down the cylinder!
They were PD150 injectors at the time. I upgraded the firad 120% nozzles a few months later.
BQM28610 I don't know whats in this car, but I think the 130 and 150 use the same nozzles and the 110 lesser ones. What ecu reprogramming for the 120% nozzles? did u need to?

With that much hp probably at least 450 torque
What size injectors are you running, and are you using an 11 or 12mm IP? I have almost the same setup and want to compare notes.

Those are most likely the stock AL injectors I take it? They need quite a lot of duration to be able to push in enough fuel for 230BHP, tho it would be safe enough according to Darkside Developments... That turbocharger is capable of some more ponies with the right nozzles on it...
is that still a vgt turbo? I wonder what bhp u can get by just fuelling and boost adjustments/ remap alone?
