does anyone know if u put one of these in the wash if the color would disappear/stain other clothes? (i was thinking of putting these on a cardigan but im kinda scared they would get ruined/ruin other stuff)

I couldn't figure this out just by watching the video. Since frustration isn't my ideal state of being, I took my sweet time and wrote the pattern down. I I made a block from my notes, and since it worked for me, here it is. Slip knot, CH 3, SL ST to form ring. Or magic ring. Whatever makes you happy. Round 1: CH 3, 9 DC. Sl st to third CH to form a ring. Cut yarn (2:20) Round 2: Change color (2:44). Ch 2. 2 SC in every stitch around. 20 SC. SL ST to the first stitch. (3:51) Round 3: First petal: each petal is worked over 4 stitches: (first st: 1 DC, 1 TR) (second st: 3 TR) (third st: 1 TR, 1 DC) (fourth st: SL ST) (4:08) Round 4: (16:01) Change color on any sc in Round 3. Attach new color, Ch 4. This is where I said some very naughty words: [ (7:57) Extended double crochet (EDC) in the next stitch: (YO, pull the hook through first loop (instead of 2 if it were a DC), YO and through 2 loops, YO and through the last 2 loops.] *1 EDC, 1 DC, 1 HDC, 1 SC, 1 HDC, 1 DC, 1 EDC, 1 TR. * Work around all 5 petals. On the fifth petal, omit the last TR (the first CH 4 is the TR). SL ST in fourth CH. Round 5: (11:19) CH 1, * SC in each of the next 3 STS. HDC, DC (in next st DC, EDC), (in next sc TR, CH 1, TR to make the corner) (12:12). Next side of the square: (in next st EDC, DC), DC, HDC * (12:53) Repeat * to * around. SL ST to the first of the 3 SC. The end.

This is a very cute tutorial, I added an extra row to the head dome and used 3 different colors of stripes to add more color to mine. I also added the beads on the dangles by stringing the beads on first and just crocheting them into place as I go. I find it easier with fewer steps and it looks super cute.
