Jeep XJ 2x6 Rock Sliders Part 2

In today's video I weld on high steer kit from ballistic fabrication to my 99-04 f-350 knuckles. I ended up needing to replace all of the ball joints after all the heat.

In today's video I repair this trailer by beefing up the cross members. It's been nearly a year and half since I did this repair and it's worked great. I expect it to last many more years. This was a quick one thanks for watching!

In today's video I used $200 worth of steel as well as some welding consumables and paint to make a back rack. It's completely over kill and weighs 150lbs but totally worth it. I hope you guys enjoy, thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next one.

In today's video I document some of the details of the one ton swap on my Jeep XJ. This swap used a Dana 60 and a Sterling 10.5 from a 2002 f-350. Custom brackets and long arms. I reused factory drive shafts with conversion u-joints. The swap costed around $1000 which was great because I was able to hit the trail and upgrade as things broke. Just a quick little job today putting on d-rings on a sprayer for ease of loading and removal.

In today's video I have a 1977 Centreville Tri-axle that I do my best to get working for as cheap as possible. At the time of writing this I have over 1000 miles on the trailer and having zero problems other than losing a rotten deck board. That deck is next on the list, see you in the next one.
