When I bought my current laptop, I had no idea about PC building. It turns out I bought a model (HP Pavillion) that doesn't support upgradable ram. There's microsoldering and resistor relocation involved if I ever want to upgrade it :(

Hey there, my dell laptop is using 16gb ram
Until just only i found out the issue of i only can use 1 ram slot (8gb) then my laptop can be on. If i use 16gb of 2 slot it power up but no display. Do u have any idea y? Tq

@@Czelzinske oh i had that exact issue with this laptop. thats how i was able to make this video in the first place: the ram slot was unreliable. i found that letting the board cool off helped (instead of trying multiple methods side by side) but the main thing that helped was powering the laptop completely off, removing the battery and then pressing the power on button for 5 minutes brought my laptop back to life. but its probably not permanent and the laptop featured in this video is now completely bricked. I sent it off to ewaste last year. needless to say, back up your data

If you ask most people do trans people have a right to live the way they want, and will you except them......the answer is universally...yes. That changes however when you ask them......do transgender people have a right to be in biological womans spaces or compete agains them in sporting events.......then the answer becomes ABSOLUTELY NOT.......So i think thats the last area of contention that needs to be resolved.
There's no easy answer here depending on your perspective. Because if trans people have the right to live as they want, then that WOULD imply that they should be afforded the same opportunities as thier cisgender counterparts, and believe me I understand how cisgender women would be upset with seeming impostors trying to be in thier spaces. I am not a woman, cisgender or otherwise so I can't really comment on that. But personally I'd invite interaction with trans men, for example, in generally male spaces. My point in the video is that most of the critisism given to trans individuals is kind of unwarranted in the long run and a festering of misunderstanding and discrimination.
Coming out of this after watching, I'm just thinking to myself... what's wrong with choice?
As I said, its a fundamental building block of American society in particular, like the choice for what products we buy, what place we live in or yes, what we chose to identify with or as.
The problem is refusing to fact that there is no choice.
