@@ACEPACE4469 Go for it! I've had this one since 2016, bought brand new, and it hasn't missed a beat. I always ride it like I stole it! This will become a collection bike for sure what with the recent trash Triumph has been producing. The 765 Daytona was a disappointment to many and the new 660 is a disgrace and is not worthy of the name. The 675 in my opinion is easily the best and favorite Daytona ever made by Triumph. Just make sure you get the Gen 3 (2013+) and the R Version and you will own what is middle weight supersport ROYALTY.

It was an intake leak from a damaged transition piece between airbox and throttle body. Quick fix.

Yes but nothing I couldn’t manage with minor adjustments. Watch out to the left side of the headers that radiator hose comes real close. I put some aluminum foil and stuck it on the hose with silicone just in case. Also zip tied the hose to the fairing bracket to keep it away from the headers. It comes even closer when you put the fairing back on so pay attention when you do.

Sorry for the late reply Yes the Bodis Headers (TDAY-014) will fit any aftermarket slipon for the Daytona.

bulls eye Of course. You will need to dyno to get best performance gain and efficient fueling. It is a must.

Bmwhail Headdd Power gains from 5 to 12 hp from 9k RPM all the way to red line. Same for torque. Sparks coming from exhaust O2 sensor bung we forgot to put the nut back on. Stupid mistake but no consequences.

Bmwhail Headdd No The kit that came with Bodis There are two O2 sensor bungs on the 3 to 1 collector pipe. One for stock and one for wide band dyno sensor. Both nuts are included of course.

Ram Nakhle hey, so I got the headers and noticed they came in pieces. Did you put them together first and then install or did you install piece by piece ?

Bmwhail Headdd Put the headers and 3 to 1 collector together first and then mount to engine. Tighten to spec and then add the slip on. Use new header gaskets.

Congrats on the purchase. Assuming you ordered the headers with part # TDAY-014 , it will fit the OEM muffler and therefore all aftermarket slipons for this bike. So no cutting and no mods it is a perfect simple bolt on. I'm sure you know this but you will need a fuel controller of some kind (Dynojet PCV or Bazzaz...) and your bike will need to be dyno tuned for this setup or you can damage your engine. Plus you won't get any performance gains, on the contrary. When properly tuned you will feel like you are on a completely different bike. Amazing power Cooler running engine Power wheelies in first and second gear Smooth engine running from start to red line With all the mods I put in I got +12 RWHP and - 7.15 Kg in weight loss. It is insane how different the bike is from stock. Sound? You canNOT ride this thing around without earplugs, I tried. Stay away from neighborhoods and civilization altogether. Trust me. Ram Nakhle thank you so much! And yes I did get the TDAY-014, I also got the titanium sc crt because they were out of the carbon so I have the exact same products coming in. Thank you so much for your input this helps out a lot. Another question any specific map used on your dynojet for the setup ? Or my tuner should be able to figure all that out?

@@hay829 My tuner (with me looking over his shoulder 100% of the time!! LOL) was able to build a new map from the ground up. If your tuner knows what he's doing this is the best option. Sure there are maps around the net... you'll find all kinds of crap saying "for arrow full system, etc... but none will be a perfect match for your particular engine/exhaust combination. You can get one and use it as a starting point, but it is always best practice to build your own map. Again your tuner needs to know his stuff... This way you can make it absolutely perfect in every part of the rev range, at every throttle opening etc... Another piece of advice (See the post in the link i sent you) watch your radiator hoses. I lost two hoses to the heat from the headers. Prevention is best!

Hey, I never received the link for the heat prevention. I just got the bodis headers tday-014 and the sc project slip on crt, going to start installing soon. On the joint did yours fully seal? No air slipping throw the joints? Did you use anti freeze or a gasket of some sort? Also on the headers did you reuse the oem gasket? Kindly asking for specifics on the radiator hoses please.

Lastly did the o2 sensor go into the headers or was that blocked off?
