Stumbled upon this haha your Berkshire numbers are wrong. Especially if you’re a top producer. Just a decent producer their split 80/20 you got it at almost 70/30.. that’s a whole 10% more. Someone isn’t being honest with you… if you want I can help ya fill in the correct numbers. Also no transaction fees.. this looks like numbers for a generic brokerage but not Berkshire. 😂😂😂 just out generic brokerage and you’ll be correct

You are working hard but the main motive to reach an exact audience is not fulfilled. You are working for your audience if the video can't reach them. That's a waste of your energy and time also. Berkshire Hathaway does not require a transaction fee. You are free to manage your own file. Also, they do not restart your split. If you are at the top split, you stay there year after year. If you bring on another agent you receive a bonus, I don’t remember what it is, but it could be enough to make a difference if the referred agent produces well. Berkshire Hathaway has offices around the world and a great referral network. There are probably more discrepancies but I’m not a mathematician. I’m a Realtor.
Susan, thanks for the comment! The numbers we inputted to produce the results we show are based off of the numbers given to us from a top producing agent that just left Berkshire for eXp Realty - I'm guessing he was at the upper realm of commission splits given his history. Both brokerages are amazing and do a phenomenal job and admittedly, I'm no mathematician either - until it comes to money - then I'll do a little math and see if something is more beneficial to me financially. Cheers!
