2006 Scmi sandya 1s. 36" widebelt sander. 15 hp, 230 volt 3 phase. This is a project machine, groove in the front roller drum that will need repair or replacement. The platen also needs repair as the machine was over thicknessed. All functions work otherwise. We upgraded sanders as we don't have time to repair this now and don't have the room to store for very long.

Finally getting a new molder for the shop. Old one has been great, just outgrowing it and needing the added features of the new one. Better feed speed, bigger HP on all the motors, higher RPM on all the spindles, better hold downs, on and on. I'm just like a kid in a candy store!

One of my clients needed a pair of stair skirtboards that had a profile to match the baseboard and be 20 feet long! Here is my solution to making things bigger than the materials available. Let me know what you think! Thanks and make some sawdust!

Wood shaper challenge! Stopped beaded profile

I have an order for a bunch of 10' casing legs that have a stopped beaded profile. This operation can be sketchy in safety and quality of finished product. I have my power feed to run the straight section after I plunge cut the desired distance from the end. After the piece is started I engage the magnetic featherboard to keep the pieces against the fence. Worked great with no lost pieces!

In this short picture video you can see the modifications I made years ago to an OMEC-650 semi automatic dovetailing machine. We added a series of blow nozzles triggered by the sliding of the carriage assembly to blow sawdust off of the work table after cutting a series of dovetails.
