You want to break their line of sight with you, leap over big rocky/hilly parts, or ontop of areas like that where they can't reach, so you can safely heal. If you play a hunter class that's squishy, you could run medic, and large pouch for perks, medic can help you when you're winded, and need a quick recovery. Don't overuse trees either, there is lots of visual give aways when you're moving in trees, like branches shaking, birds flying out, foliage falling etc. edit: trees
