How Exercise Makes Losing Weight Harder
Many of us believe that exercise is the key to losing weight, but the reality is much more complicated. While fitness is essential for health, research shows that exercise alone isn't enough for fat loss.
In this video, I dive into the science behind weight loss, why our bodies resist shedding fat, and the real reason why exercise doesn't help to burn fat. From studies on the Hadza tribe to the role of metabolism, I uncover the truth behind the weight loss myth we all believe.
The Weight Loss Lie We All Believe... and what really works.

We are surrounded by so much noise everywhere we go!! Trains, announcements, cars honking, trucks, bars and clubs, movie theatres, concerts, not to mention even just phones, social media and earphones!!! Silence by comparison feels so unnatural now that it feels just as loud! 😵

We need to stop perpetuating these negative associations with this phenomenon, and this video doesn't help. It's like a lucid dream, where you expectations and mood can affect your reality, just remember that you're the one who's shaping it, nothing is real and it's all in your head.

Go watch something pleasant instead of this crap, "demons' have nothing to do with sleep paralysis, it's just an association some people have, because it could be an unpleasant experience overall. I had it once and it was just my room around, or rather its copy, because it's all just like a lucid dream.

I am happy that I was part of this trial in genetic testing, I learnt from it, especially the early health reports before government intervention were valuable to me. I am waiting for genetic manipulations for some diseases where it is possible. Tau growth in brains can be caused by an imbalance between leucine and proline amino acids. This has nothing to do with food intake but with gene (change).

my last optometrist threw in a bogie during the colorblindedness test and the last one of the series didn't have any information in the scattered dots. it was so weird! I got 1 right, 2, 3, 4, 5... but when I got to 6 I was convinced I had some rare form of colorblindedness that I had only just found out about at age 40 😭

I'm yellow-blue colourblind. Found out at 13 when my school installed smart whiteboards and i couldn't see half of what was going on. I got in so much trouble at first for not working or speaking to others to ask what it said. When i finally got diagnosed, the school didn't even apologise for the way they had treated me.

Knew a kid in high school who was completely colorblind, greyscale only. I didn't know it until I was trying to teach him to do something on a computer, which involved telling him to push the "red" button on a keyboard, and he explained he only saw grayscale. I paused to absorb that, and then said, "Oh. That explains why you always wear Army surplus clothes, doesn't it? That's the easiest way for you to get stuff that all matches." And his jaw. Dropped. "YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT?? I didn't think anybody would ever realize that's why I buy it!!" XD We bonded a little bit after that, stayed casual friends for the rest of the year, then I graduated and he still had 2 more years to go, so we lost touch ages ago. But seriously, it's accurate. If you have NO color vision, best thing to do is to either wear all black (white stains too easily--and yes, eggplant, navy, etc, does actually go together when it's dark enough), or go get military surplus. All those dull greens, browns, and grays go very well together, plus the cloth from military gear is *meant* to be rugged and long-lasting! (Sometimes it isn't, alas...but usually it's quite durable.)
