If you are referring to the blue plastic screw on the side of the Dremel, that is to change the carbon brush. The brush and spring assemblies transfer power from the switch to the rotary tool's armature. The assemblies consist of a carbon brush with a copper coil. The spring both transmits power and holds the carbon brush firmly against the commutator bars on the armature. The brushes wear down over time (due to constant contact with the rotating armature). If the tool is overloaded, the springs can be burnt. A decrease of power, off-and-on running, a banging sound, and smoke (or sparks) are all signs of bad motor brushes (which will need to be replaced).

What is the Pocket creasing attachment used in this video?
Gaurav Gupta It is more like a template than an attachment. If you notice the operator only uses it to fold and insert the pocket, then removes the template to use it again. I do not believe this is a product sold by the manufacturer, but more of an after market item. Hope this was helpful 😁

my lock wont hold to un screw it and I don't have that wrench its gone
hold down the button right under where you unscrew it, grab an adjustable wrench, a wrench that fits, vice grips, or pliers and unscrew. I think it may unscrew clockwise but I'm not positive about that. I just remember it was usually the opposite way that I was instinctively trying to unscrew it
