Completely useless service. After the paid telephonic conversation they told me to pay Rs 1999 and then again Rs 3000 Lawyers fees (monthly). And said that settlement will be done at 30-40%. After 10-15 days a lawyer was appointed but they don't talk to the banks directly. They only insist that you talk to the bank and resolve the issue yourself. They will brief you about your 'rights' which you already know. Moreover, I was told that my settlement was not possible and I must continue to pay a few EMIs till something can be done. When I talked to the bank they were more helpful in resolving and fast-forwarding my settlement process. And finally when the bank tried to talk to the Lawyer, she told not to give her number as she's on leave and someone else will be appointed to me. Till now no response from anyone. Guys, don't fall into this trap and waste your valuable money.
