Disconnecting the Evaporator will cause all the refrigerant gas to escape. Unless you know how to evacuate and properly charge the system, I would not recommend any one to disconnect the evaporator.

Is the ac drain located in the middle of that white Styrofoam? Looks like a square 1:43. There is no debri or dirt in my CRV that I can detect. Would you recomend pouring a condesner cleaner or water in the drain to maKe sure its unclogged from up top?
