An alternate logic to why Siri would predominatly pick males artists when asked to create a playlist is coz the ratio of artists is skewed that way. There are less female artists as compared to male artists in India. The algorithm might not be biased in this sense but the sample set from where it picks songs, is certainly lopsided. Im no expert and this is the reasoning which came to me. btw great talk, halfway there and loving it all the way through :)

This interview is so raw, so genuine and just INCREDIBLE! (got to know a few things I didn't know before). I love how throughout the podcast, there's depth in everything that's being talked about, giving the audience a glimpse into so much more than just the surface.
