Having been to the Palladium show I can say it was entirely un-spontaneous. All the 'interaction' was scripted and Madonna's only honest responses were when we didn't show the required adulation for sub-par music and production from the Madame X album. I have adored this woman for decades and continue to love her but having paid £900 for 2 x tickets, I expected a hell of a lot more.

Madonna is an eccentric woman! I heard her with an accent that sounded inauthentic and fake. She is the same age as myself, and perhaps getting older is not something that fans or her business wants to believe, after all the world just can't seem to embrace age in human form, fear of immortality is a real thing.
