Well.. in your first traffic stop you missed a previously broken windshield, and your DUI arrest should've also been charged with possession of an illegal weapon. After I handcuff any offending drivers I also search their vehicle looking for illegal weapons and drugs. (usually finding human teeth, and I just don't ask questions on that one)

I stand corrected, just tried the game again and it seems like they changed some things back to the way it use to be.

I believe the game was better before the house update you could build your fort and it would stay put for you to upgrade and level all so you could make a guild right a way. These two things made all the difference in the world.
